ReMA provides this resource as a member benefit and therefore, its use is voluntary. This resource is intended solely as a forum for member individuals and organizations to offer and request assistance in connection with disaster relief efforts. Users are responsible for verifying information and assume all risks associated with participation. Further, ReMA makes no warranties, express or implied, and assumes no liability for any loss or damage resulting from its use. Once the necessary assistance has been identified and selected, ReMA assumes no further obligations. Any ensuing arrangements shall be made solely between the relevant parties (members) through separate agreements, to which ReMA is not a party. In the event of a dispute, members agree to resolve the matter through ReMA's arbitration service. ReMA reserves the right to change the parameters of this resource at any time and without notice to users.
