Once the necessary assistance has been identified and selected, ReMA assumes no further obligations. Any ensuing arrangements shall be made solely between the relevant parties (members) through separate agreements, to which ReMA is not a party. In the event of a dispute, members agree to resolve the matter through ReMA's arbitration service.
